Well I don't think I've posted on here since building my PC. Well in early 2018 I bought a PC my friend j
Jared (from middle school) built for his daughter from him and started back on my journey of becoming more pc focused on gaming which really started to gain more traction in 2013 when I bought my laptop for video editing which got stolen. Even though I've had a steam account since 2007 when I got into counterstrike and half life, but my original pc from 2003 couldn't handle most games from around the 360 era. Well anyway in 2019 I took the insides of that build and put them in a new case and upgraded my gpu, then in 2020 I changed out everything but the gpu and put those parts Into a case for my wife which now is my son's pc and I'll build her a new build maybe next year since she's rather get a series x Xbox to game on.
Well that said I have bought my first desk ever, every time I've had a pc had all been a hand me down even back at my parents I had a school pc desk. It's nice and I like it. I've been playing a game called valheim which is an open world survival game based around Norse mythology, I adore that game. I never thought I'd like a survival game because who wants a game where you have to remember to eat... Lol well the survival elements aren't as hardcore as sat ark.. so that's good they are just there enough to make things like food mean something. If you die yes your stuff drops where you were and if you were far from your spawn (which is your last bed) then it could be tricky getti g your armor and weapons back. But you cannot die from not eating you are simply weaker and slower, your health matches to your food intake so if you haven't ate your health is 25 percent. You can eat 3 different foods at once an easy one starting is cooked meat, grilled necktail, and a berry. And that will boost your health and stamina up enough to survive the wilds with a good set of leather armor. And armor is crafted, and each biome is gated by a boss, you can go into the next biome but you will die and also have no reason to be there. For example if you go into the black forest without a pickaxe then you can't mine ore... And the first pickaxe is is crafted fro. Hard antlers that come from first boss. I've put alot hours in solo and on my brothers server which you can take your character around to other worlds and keep your inventory but I don't do that I make new character if I'm going to another world (except for when playing my son's world)
Well there I did it I typed made a lengthy post. First one in so long.
PS I got a chance to shit before finishing this post!
